Why this website
It is a website that documents and narrates my experiences, not only in the artistic and photographic fields, but it also served as a pretext or the right alibi to express what I have considered most important: promoting a reflection on our existence, the meaning, and the value of the time gifted to uson this earth.
In every era, humans have sought to answer what the meaning or value of human life is.
For Aristotle, for example, the meaning of life was a mission that, through knowledge, would contribute to the betterment of society.
For Gandhi, giving meaning to one’s existence implied acting with a spirit of service and selflessness, so that others could live better lives.
In “The Imitation of Christ” (a historic and significant literary work from which I have drawn inspiration), it is emphasized that there are no arts or sciences on this earth that surpass the Christian virtues of charity and love for one’s neighbor.
Let it be clear that charity (which is benevolence, justice, and understanding) does not exclude knowledge, but if knowledge wants to be a science capable of guiding man towards the ultimate goals of life, then it must be seasoned with the salt of charity (as St. Paul said: “Knowledge puffs up, but charity builds up”). It is indeed the spirit of charity that appeals to man’s conscience and directs his knowledge towards the common good. Or do we perhaps want knowledge and technology, so highly praised today, to take precedence over virtues?

We have competent men of all kinds, super professionals, and intellectuals everywhere.
Yet, from these so-called individuals, the society we live in is on the verge of being demolished; something is wrong! Could it be that the widespread spiritual poverty is the hidden reason that, in recent decades, has been crumbling every aspect of our social reality?
Our world doesn’tneed great men to move forward, but great souls. Knowledge for itself and for itself means nothing, careerism for its own sake means nothing; it cannot be the meaning of a life, and it would be alarming if it were. How can a man consider himself properly educated if he only thinks in singular terms? To create the future, we need great souls who act with visions and actions aimed at the common good, solid men capable of shifting from “I” to “we”. Indeed, nothing is greater than love, everything else is smoke.
